Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Kiddy Factory Nursery, a purpose built detached modern nursery located in Speke, Liverpool.
Mr & Mrs Evans opened Kiddy Factory nursery in 2006 with a capacity to provide childcare for up to 130 children from birth through to 5-years of age.
The nursery received a great deal of attention from interested parties and the sale was agreed within just 11 weeks.
The successful bidders were Just Childcare Limited, who saw this nursery as the perfect acquisition to add to their ever-expanding group portfolio.
Commenting on the transaction, David Johnson, CEO at Just Childcare said:
