“Sam has consistently been professional, positive and supportive, to ensure the sale went as smoothly as possible. He has been on hand for valued advice and comprehensive update whenever I have needed.”

“We had previously used redwoods for the sale of my nursery and the second time around, they were no different.”

“I would happily recommend Redwoods Dowling Kerr’s services to any other operator in the industry who are thinking about coming onto the market.”

Providing an insight into their buying experience, Mrs Rhodes said:

“Sam Fazackerley, the lead broker on the acquisition, expertly guided us though the whole sale process, and went above and beyond what we would have expected.”

“There were several complications from the sale from outside factors, however Sam was always available to help iron out any issues which we came across, which towards completion, was regularly out of hours.”

“We were given clear and concise reports which ensured the sale went as smoothly as possible.”

“I am looking forward to working with Sam and RDK on future acquisitions.”

Sam Fazackerley, Negotiator of the sale recalled:

“Its been a pleasure to push the sale of Barham House across the line and find the vendor a suitable buyer in Mrs Rhodes.”

“Mrs Rhodes has a strong business plan to expand the business and develop the site further over the next few years, so I am confident the business is going to be left in good hands.”
