Purchased by the vendor in 2012, Blue Flax Tea Rooms boasted an immaculate presentation throughout after an extensive refurbishment of the property the following year.
With seating for 35, the café proved to be a popular addition to the surrounding area, enjoying a lucrative trade on the back of impressive amounts of repeat custom.
After being put on the market due to the vendor’s wish to retire, the business gained high amounts of interest with the successful offer ultimately being made by a first-time buyer.
