Redwoods Dowling Kerr announce sale of Avenues Playpen Pre-School, East Yorkshire.
Avenues Playpen entered the market due to the vendor Patricia Tweddell looking to retire. The setting maintained an excellent reputation, enjoying healthy occupancy levels with up to 30 children registered under its care. Avenues Playpen was established in 1994, employing 10 members of staff to help provide early education for children between the ages of two and four.
Stating that they were attracted to the business by its fantastic potential for expansion, buyers Joseph and Gemma Pinnock sought to leave teaching behind in order to pursue new ambitions, running Avenues Playpen. With this being their first purchase, the Pinnocks’ plan to enhance the setting through longer opening hours and progressive growth.
Clearly elated with the sale and eager to start her retirement, Vendor Patricia Tweddell commented:
