Successfully run within the same family for the last 16 years, vendor George Jarvie decided to put Ingrams Bar on the market with Bruce & Co after seeking retirement. Delighted with the sales completion the Vendor, Mr Jarvie said;

“I sold my bar through Bruce & Co. Mike was my negotiator and was great at keeping in contact with me.”

“During the deal a few complications arose, which Mike worked relentlessly to resolve immediately.”

“I was happy with the customer service Mike provided and would be glad to recommend Mike and Bruce & Co to other people looking to sell their business, as they were very professional in the way they handled the sale of my business.”

Pleased with the efficiency of the process buyer, Mr Brooksbank said;

“I Purchased Ingram’s Bar on Ferry Brae, from Bruce & Co. Mike was the lead negotiator dealing with the sale and was very helpful in getting the deal to completion.  He went above and beyond, not only keeping me in the loop, but also by contacting my SIPP and my SIPP’s solicitor.”

“Whenever we there was a communication breakdown between the solicitors he would jump in and instantly intervene to resolve any issues.”

Lead negotiator of the sale, Michael Firoozi commented;

“I loved working with the vendor, he was a great guy and very understanding about how the sales process works and was very cooperative throughout.”

“He was fantastic at getting all the information that we needed to get across to us. I am glad I was able to contribute towards his plans to retire and sincerely wish him, all the best.”
