REDWOODS DOWLING KERR assist KIDS PLANET DAY NURSERIES in the acquisition of their 43rd Childcare Setting.
Kids Planet Day Nurseries Limited have successfully acquired Noah’s Ark Day Nursery in Great Boughton, Chester. The acquisition of the nursery and out of school club brings the providers total settings across the North West and Midlands to 43 nurseries, with a combined capacity in excess of 5,500 children.

The Nursery provides renowned levels of care for 100 children aged from birth to 5 years of age, with the after-school club applying these rigorous standards of care to a further 42 children up to the age of 11.

After being in talks with Marc and Sally over the last few years we knew that this was the right time to assist them with the sale and due to our wealth of knowledge and relationships with all buyers in the marketplace, this sale was agreed within 14 days of the information being released.
