Having operated in the Greater Manchester area for over ten years, Rosebuds Day Nursery, has received exemplary reputation since its establishment both by parents throughout the surrounding community and industry professionals for its phenomenal care of up to 79 children aged between 3 months to 5 years of age.
The settings prestigious standard of care earned the nursery a rating of “Good” upon its last inspection by Ofsted, with the personal development, behaviour and welfare of each child being rated as “Outstanding”, with the independence, confidence and sense of belonging being highly praised.
With the nursery being taken onto the market as vendor, Andrew Wood and family wished to put further investment into their own Care Home group, the business received an offer after only two viewings. The acquisition was made by Michild Group Limited, making Rosebuds Day Nursery their second childcare setting. The sale saw both the new proprietors and vendors return to Redwoods Dowling Kerr, with Andrew having initially purchased Rosebuds, and the Michild Group obtain Jack in the Box on the expert consultation of Redwoods senior negotiator.
