Realmpark Day Nurseries Limited acquires acclaimed children’s day nursery in London.
Operating out of an impressive 3,000 sq. foot purpose-built setting, Smart Kidz Day Nursery has a capacity for 67 children from 0 – 5 years of age.
Established in 2011 by Mr and Mrs Iroegbunam, their dedicated efforts and assistance from the staff and the comprehensive management has equated to the setting earning a “Good” Ofsted report at its most recent inspection. The nursery was offered for sale due to the current vendor’s other business commitments. The efforts of the team have also resulted in the setting benefitting greatly from an excellent reputation in the local area for delivering unrivalled and unparalleled standards of childcare.
Once placed upon the market by Redwoods Dowling Kerr, the business opportunity generated substantial interest. After 14 viewings and multiple offers, this bespoke business was ultimately acquired by Daniel Harvey of Realmpark Day Nurseries Limited. Redwoods Dowling Kerr also worked alongside Daniel in his first childcare acquisition, Oak Tree Day Nursery in Forest Hill, London, the previous year. The location and the outstanding opportunity were what influenced him to include this setting in his expanding group.
