The business offers a variety of care services such as acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, long term conditions and ventilation. They provide approximately 1,300 hours of care per week.

Operating across two locations, the business has a dedicated nurse manager at each location. The management team consists of a QA nurse and a recruitment manager. Additionally, the business operates with c.60 healthcare assistants (HCAs).

The business is currently operating with ten active clients with 60% being NHS funded and 40% being private insurance payouts. Fees for services offered range between £25 and £45 an hour.
